Publix Super Markets, Inc. was founded in 1930 by George W. Jenkins. The company was commonly known as Publix. Publix has now over 1,000 stores, starting from the first small grocery store opened by George when he was 22 in his small Florida hometown showing the impact perseverance and having a dream can have.
To better meet customer satisfaction level, Publix conducts a Guest Satisfaction Survey. When you complete their online survey, you will get an entry into a sweepstake with a chance to win $1,000 Publix gift card, more than enough for a grocery trip, or two, or three.
Who Are Eligible for Publix Guest Survey:
- You must be a legal resident of from the “promo area” one of these US states: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
- Employees of Publix and affiliates cannot participate in this survey.
- You should be at least 18 years of age while participating in the survey.
- Prize limit is one person per house.
Important Rules of Publix Guest Survey:
- You do not need to make a purchase to be eligible for the survey.
- Purchase with Publix will also not increase your odds of winning.
- Irrespective of the entry method, there is a limit of 1 entry per person from a family for each entry period.
- The survey is available in English& Spanish language only.
How to Take Publix Guest Survey:
There are two procedures to enter into Publix Guest Survey –
- Online Entry:
- You have to make a purchase from a participating store and take a hold of your receipt.
- You have to browse www.publixsurvey.com.
- Each receipt is valid for 1 entry to the survey.
- You will get a few survey questions in the survey portal. You have to answer all the survey questions there based on your experience.
- After submitting, you will get an entry to the Publix sweepstakes.
- Mail-In Entry:
- You don’t need to make a purchase in this survey procedure.
- You will hand write the following info on a paper:-
- Name
- Address
- Number
- Birth date
- Mechanically produced entries will not be accepted for the survey.
- You have to send each mail entry separately.
- There is a limit of 1 entry per envelope to Publix sweepstakes.
- Any additional entries in the same envelope will not be entertained.

About the Publix Sweepstakes Period and Lucky Draw –
Promotion begins on January 1, 2019. Final entry deadline is March 31, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”). Overall there will be 3 Promotional periods each having a duration of 1 Month.
Prizes to be Won:
Monthly Prize is $1,000 in Publix gift cards which have an Approximate Retail Value $1,000.
Prize Rules of My Zaxbys Visit –
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash and may not be sold, bartered or auctioned.
- Winners are solely responsible for all expenses and incidental costs associated with the prize.
- Prizes will be given in the form of Publix Gift Card.
How the Winners will be Selected –
Winners will be chosen through a random draw from all timely entries received during one promotional period. Overall there will be 3 winners.
How the Winners will be Notified –
- Winners of My Zaxbys Visit Sweepstakes will be notified via E-Mail and phone.
- Each winner has to respond to the initial notification within 3 days.
- Winners have to provide a Declaration of Compliance within 10 days of notification.
- If any winner does not respond to initial notification within the allotted 10days time, will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
- An alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
How to Claim the Winner List:
The company will post the verified winners’ names on the Promotion Page, any of Publix’s websites, including www.publix.com, or in any of Publix’s social media pages or channels.
