The time limit for Returning product

  • On refund over $100 (cash and check), Pottery Barn will issue a company check of the same amount. It will be mailed to your address within 14 business days.
  • If you return with the original receipt, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method of purchase.
  • Price adjustments are non-applicable for the delivery fees and prior purchases.
  • For gift receipt returns, it will be refunded in the form of Merchandise Credit for the same amount of the gift receipt.

How to Return the Product

Store Return/Telephonic Return
