How to Pay PSE Bill
Puget Sound Energy offers several payment options for the customers. You can choose to follow any payment method below to make your payment.
Pay PSE Bill via Online Method:
- Make payment for the Puget Sound Energy bill through the online payment method. But before start making a payment, you need to create your account first. If you already created the PSE account, then follow these instructions:

- PSE also allows its customers to make payments via Guest Pay. With Guest Pay, you don’t have to worry about the login or create an account. You will require your account number and zip code for the address receiving service. With these instructions, follow these instructions below:

- Then, you have to click on the Pay Bill option at the top of the page.
- Under the Pay Bill option, select the Pay as a Guest option.
- You have to provide your account number and zip code for the address receiving service.

Pay PSE Bill by Phone:
The customers can choose to pay their utility bills over the phone. You can use your credit or debit card or bank check to make a payment. To make the payment, you need to dial 1-888-225-5773. After calling on this number, just follow the on-call instructions. It will take 1 or 2 days for your payment to proceed to your account.
Pay Puget Sound Energy Bill by Mail:
You can also make payment for your Puget Sound Energy bill by mail. You can send your money order, check, or cashier’s check payment via mail. How the Penalty Fees
- Late Payment Fee: Puget Sound Energy charges the late payment fees to the customers who cannot make the payment on time. For the late payment fees, you have to pay 1% of the payment amount.
