2. Takedown Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable).

3. Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with:

  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.

4. Repeat Infringers

Accounts or users repeatedly violating copyright may be terminated at our discretion.

5. Good Faith

We act in good faith to resolve disputes but are not liable for errors in the DMCA process.
